康××,女性,30岁,住院号8133,病理号800295。主因右手无名指疼痛二年,1980年3月6日入院。患者于二年前开始感右手无名指腹触碰时疼痛,持续1～2分钟自行消失。6个月前始感右手憋胀,并有水泡,呈持续性针扎样痛,有时剧烈难忍,尤以受凉时痛疼加剧,但皮肤无苍白、紫绀等变化。右上肢感无力、酸困、偶有抽动感。三个月前右4～5指出现麻木感。既往无烟酒嗜好。查体:一般内科检查未见异常。右手无名指腹侧触及一硬结节。稍用力触摸痛疼难忍,局部皮肤
