民族传统体育是民族传统文化的重要组成部分,它缘起于民族民众的生产生活,其参与主体公众化,功能娱乐化,活动规则由公众主导,处处体现着对民族民众的关怀。由此,本文基于文化传承与发展视角,提出了民族传统全育本色发展的观点,指出少数民族传统体育可以根据其特征打造生活体育,全民体育,休闲体育和平民体育,以此达到传承和发展的目的。
