[目的]探讨博弈论在产房护理服务行为中的应用.[方法]采用自行设计调查表,调查产房助产士运用博弈论护理产妇前后各100例对产房环境、护士的技术水平及服务质量的满意度.[结果]通过改善产房环境、合理安排护士班次、规范操作流程、提高护理人员服务态度等,使产妇的总满意度由75.9%上升到97.7%.[结论]博弈论运用于产房护理服务中,充实了“以人为本”的整体护理.“,”Objective: To probe into the application of “Game” theory in nursing behaviors in delivery room. Methods: By adopting self-designed questionnaire, the satisfaction degree of a total of 100 parturient nursed by midwives using “Game” theory in delivery room was investigated on environment of delivery room, technical level and nursing quality of nurses. Results: By improving the environment of delivery room, setting up attendance order of nurses reasonably, standardizing operational process, and promoting service attitude of nursing staff and so on, the total satisfaction degree of parturient has risen from 75.9% up to 97.7%. Conclusion: Applying “Game” theory in nursing service in delivery room enriches the quality of “human-centered” holistic nursing care.
