中国社会调查事务所最近对京沪穗三地公众的一项调查表明,在与购房有关的问题中,消费者最担心的也是最关心的问题是物业管理服务问题。近90％的受访者认为物业管理公司提供的服务质次价高。
A recent survey conducted by the China Social Survey Office on the public in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou shows that among the problems related to home purchase, the most worrisome and most concern consumers are the property management services. Nearly 90% of respondents think property management companies provide high quality services.
