为了提高铝合金性能,通过向基体Al-6%Si合金中添加Sb变质剂进行变质处理,研究了Sb变质剂对Al-Si铝合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:在Al-6%Si合金中加入Sb变质剂后,可以使粗大的共晶Si由针片状变成细小均匀分布的短条状或粒状,使α-Al枝晶分布均匀,合金的硬度及韧性得到提高。其最佳变质工艺为:变质温度为740℃,变质时间为10 min,变质剂的加入量为0.2%。对于变质温度、变质时间、变质剂的添加量来说,变质剂的添加量是影响变质效果的最大因素。
In order to improve the properties of aluminum alloy, the effect of Sb modifier on the microstructure and properties of Al-Si aluminum alloy was studied by modifying the matrix Al-6% Si alloy by adding Sb modifier. The results show that the addition of Sb modifier to Al-6% Si alloy can make the coarse eutectic Si into a short strip or granular shape with small and uniform distribution from the needle-like shape, and make the distribution of α-Al dendrite uniform.
