目的研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中微血管密度(MVD)的水平及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学技术分别检测了24例NSCLC组织、24例相应的癌旁组织和24例正常肺组织中的MVD,并借助Image-Pro Plus 6.0软件进行图像分析和处理。结果 NSCLC组织中MVD水平显著高于癌旁组织和正常肺组织(P<0.01);中期因子(MK)蛋白表达阳性患者的MVD高于MK蛋白表达阴性患者(P<0.05);NSCLC中MVD水平与NSCLC的TNM分期显著相关,Ⅲ/Ⅳ期NSCLC中MVD水平明显高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期(P<0.01)。结论血管生成水平与NSCLC进展密切相关。
Objective To study the level and clinical significance of microvessel density (MVD) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect MVD in 24 NSCLC tissues, 24 corresponding adjacent tissues and 24 normal lung tissues respectively. Image analysis and processing were performed with Image-Pro Plus 6.0 software. Results MVD in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues and normal lung tissues (P <0.01). MVD in patients with positive expression of midkine (MK) protein was higher than that in patients with negative MK protein expression (P <0.05) The level of MVD in stage Ⅲ / Ⅳ NSCLC was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ / Ⅱ (P <0.01). Conclusion The level of angiogenesis is closely related to the progress of NSCLC.
