目的 :比较 3种不同人精子冷存液的冷冻效果。方法 :采用传统的精子冷存液 (TYB)及实验室自制的两种无盐冷存液 Sirm1和 Sirm2冷存人精子。冷冻前及解冻后应用 CASA分析精子的相关运动参数。结果 :TYB冷存的精子数量、能动力及进一步活动度均高于另两种无盐冷存液 (P <0 .0 1) ,而 Sirm1和 Sirm2之间的冷冻效果无任何差异。 结论 :用 TYB冷冻液冷存精子可以得到较好的冷冻效果。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the freezing effects of 3 different human sperm cryopreservation solutions. Methods: Sperm1 and Sirm2 were cryopreserved by traditional TYB and laboratory self-made cryogenic solutions. CASA analysis of sperm motility parameters before and after thawing. Results: The number of sperm cryopreserved, motility and further activity in TYB were higher than those in the other two salts-free cold reservoirs (P <0.01). There was no difference in the freezing effect between Sirm1 and Sirm2. Conclusion: Cold storage of sperm with TYB can achieve better freezing effect.
