随着中国加入世界贸易组织的临近 ,中药的现代化已成为中药产业链上所有产学研单位必须面对的课题。然而今期 ,不少单位尚不了解“科技部中药现代化项目管理办公室”的功能、作用 ,甚至不知道国家设立该办公室的目的和意义。因此常有企业、科研院所乃至中医药有关部门来询问中药现代化项目管理办公室都支持什么样的项目 ?如何申请立项 ?他们单位能否获得支持 ?为使有志于中药现代化国际化的单位清楚地了解中药现代化项目管理办公室的工作 ,便于他们依据自己的实力和条件申请立项 ,我们特约请该办公室撰写了 1999年度工作进展及 2 0 0 0年工作计划。相信有兴趣的读者会认真研究 ,不失时机地申报项目 ,从中药材种子选育、栽培、饮片加工 ,直至开发国际市场需求的中药新品种等各个方面 ,积极探索适应本单位本企业的发展道路 ,为中药现代化国际化作出自己的贡献。
With the advent of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, the modernization of Chinese medicine has become a topic that must be faced by all production, research, and research institutions in the Chinese medicine industry chain. However, in this issue, many companies still do not understand the function and role of the “Management Office for Chinese Medicine Modernization Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology”. They do not even know the purpose and significance of the establishment of the office by the State. Therefore, companies, scientific research institutes, and even Chinese medicine departments often ask the Chinese Medicine Modernization Project Management Office what kind of projects are supported, how to apply for projects, whether their units can obtain support, and to clearly identify the units that are interested in modernizing the internationalization of Chinese medicine. Understanding the work of the TCM Modernization Project Management Office facilitates them to apply for projects based on their own strengths and conditions. We specifically invited the Office to prepare the 1999 work progress and the 2000 work plan. The readers who are interested in the study will seriously study the project and lose no time in reporting the project, from the selection, cultivation, and processing of Chinese herbal medicine seeds to the development of new varieties of traditional Chinese medicines in the international market, and actively explore ways to adapt to the development of the company’s own company. The internationalization of modernization of Chinese medicine has made its own contribution.
