西北大行政区一级机关整风学习,以暴露问题为主的第一阶段结束后,总学委会于八月四、五两日召集总学委扩大会议。会议由中共中央西北局书记习仲勋同志亲自主持。会议中检查了前一阶段的学习成果,检讨与分析了运动中的一些偏向,发现有的单位只从文件出发,而不联系实际;有些单位不认真研究文件,在检讨中乱戴帽子,无的放矢;有些机关从个人出发,而不从检查整个工作入手;有的在检讨工作中无休止地追究生活琐事,而不能从复杂现象中抓住问题的本质。会议最后由习仲勋同志作出总结,指示今后整风继续进行办法。下面就是习仲勋同志的总结全文。
After the first phase of rectifying the study by the organs of the northwestern big administrative region and focusing on the exposed issues, the SCLC convened the Enlarged Meeting of the General Committee on August 4 and May 2. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Xi Zhongxun, secretary of the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. During the meeting, we examined the learning outcomes of the previous phase, reviewed and analyzed some of the biases in the movement, and found that some units only proceeded from the documents without actually linking them with others. Some units did not study the documents seriously, put chaos in the review, Some agencies proceed from individuals instead of examining the entire workforce. Some review endlessly the problems of life in the course of the review and can not grasp the essence of the problem from the complicated phenomena. At the end of the meeting, Comrade Xi Zhongxun made a summary, instructing the rectification of the wind to continue its work in the future.
