The secondary malignant disease secondary to childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has been reported, but adult reports are rare. This article reports the results of the 14-year study of the Italian research group. From January 1983 to September 1994, newly diagnosed patients aged 12 to 65 years and 1170 patients with ALL were studied. Patient selected chemotherapy
