目的:研究茵陈配方颗粒抗炎活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用重结晶及硅胶,羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20),半制备HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,依据波谱学方法及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:对茵陈配方颗粒抗炎活性部位(大孔树脂50%乙醇部位和无水乙醇部位)进行系统化学成分研究,分离并鉴定了13个化合物,分别为对羟基苯乙酮(1),2,5-二羟基桂皮酸乙酯(2),槲皮素(3),木犀草素(4),7S,8R-二氢去氢双松柏醇(5),洋李素(6),7,4’-二甲氧基山柰酚(7),槲皮素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8),9S,12S,13S-三羟基-反-10-十八烯酸甲酯(9),异鼠李素-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11),硬脂酸(12)和β-胡萝卜苷(13)。结论:以上13个化合物均为首次从茵陈配方颗粒中分离得到,其中,化合物9~11为首次从蒿属中分离得到,化合物2和5为首次从滨蒿中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the anti-inflammatory active site of Yinchen formula granules. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by recrystallization and chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and physico-chemical properties. Results: The systematic chemical constituents of the anti-inflammatory active site of Yinchen formula granules (50% ethanol and anhydrous ethanol of macroporous resin) were studied. Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxyacetophenones (1), Dihydroxycinnamate (2), quercetin (3), luteolin (4), 7S, 8R- (8), 9S, 12S, 13S-trihydroxy-trans-10-octadecene (9), isorhamnetin-4’-O-β-D-glucoside (10), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (11), stearic acid ) And beta-daucosterol (13). CONCLUSION: The above 13 compounds were isolated from Yinchen formula granules for the first time. Compounds 9 to 11 were isolated from Artemisia for the first time, and compounds 2 and 5 were isolated from Artemisia frigida for the first time.
