在幼儿发展评价的众多环节中,获取幼儿的发展信息是首要环节,而幼儿教师作为游戏活动中的直接教育者,应当熟练掌握运用观察记录法来获得有关幼儿发展情况的相关信息。本文从实际出发,运用文献资料法与案例分析法对当前我国幼儿教师在观察记录法过程中存在的问题进行研究,并提出相应的解决策略,以求能促进幼儿教师工作的开展与幼儿的全面健康发展,并且笔者希望本文的研究能够对我国幼儿教师运用观察记录法的研究做出一定的贡献。
In many aspects of early childhood development evaluation, access to early childhood development information is the primary link, and kindergarten teachers, as direct educators in game activities, should be familiar with the use of observation records to obtain relevant information on the development of young children. In this paper, the actual situation, the use of document data and case analysis of the current preschool teachers in the process of observation and recording of existing problems in the study and put forward corresponding solutions to the preschool teachers in order to promote the work and the full Healthy development, and I hope this study can make some contribution to the study of preschool teachers in our country.
