当前多数国有企业活力不足,亏损严重,一个重要原因是管理者的决策失误所致。面对市场经济的滚滚大潮,无论是实行经济责任制还是实行现代企业制度的企业,都必须解决好决策问题。如果决策失误,即使有良好的经营机制、优秀的人才、先进的设备,企业也难以搞活。那么如何搞好企业的科学决策?笔者认为,必须正确运用供求、价值、竞争这三大经济规律。
At present, most of the state-owned enterprises have insufficient vitality and serious losses. One important reason is that managers have made mistakes in their decisions. In the face of the rolling tide of the market economy, both the economic responsibility system and the enterprise that implements the modern enterprise system must solve the problem of decision-making. If they make mistakes in decision-making, even if they have a good operating mechanism, excellent talents, and advanced equipment, it will be difficult for companies to invigorate. How do we do a good job in scientific decision-making? The author believes that we must correctly apply the three major economic laws: supply and demand, value, and competition.
