地理上的分散性必然涉及到优化配置问题,在资源合理优化配置以降低成本的市场经营意识日益强化的今天,如何在优先满足客户要求的同时又能合理优化配置资源,是许多企业尤其是频繁涉及大宗物资采购的大企业必须思考的战略问题和技术难题。本文笔者所在单位正致力于打造国际一流企业,在电力物资集约化管理持续推进的背景下,正着力思考如何创新和完善自身的电力物资合理化配送体系,为此作者提出了自己的合理化建议。
