芬太尼类镇痛药临床应用中的一个重要副作用是呼吸抑制。为了保证安全用药,有必要对其呼吸抑制作用待性做一些分析。芬太尼类化合物引起动物呼吸抑制的出现时间和持续时间与给药途经及其剂量有关。为了比较不同化合物抑制动物呼吸的时间过程,选用23个芬太尼类化合物分别对小白鼠ip给药和对家兔耳iv给药,在VE ID剂量左右比较呼吸抑制作用的效应出现时间,峰值出现时间以及效应持续时间。结果表明,不同化合物对两种动物呼吸抑制的时间过程彼此之间没有明显
