为了缩短铺轨架梁的时间,减轻铁路运输的负担,降低车辆占用率,我处与第三设计院共同组成了“16米鱼腹式钢筋混凝土梁预制预架革新小组”,革新小组由工人、干部、技术人员三结合组成。在党委的领导下,全组同志认识到要完成这一光荣而艰巨的任务,必须以毛泽东思想武装头脑,结合试验内容,我们反复学习了毛主席的有关哲学著作和“鞍钢宪法”,通过学习,大家方向明,信心大,干劲足,满怀着为毛主席争光的豪情壮志,迈开了坚定的步伐。
