在国际商务活动中,商务英语人才除需掌握语言知识与商务知识外,还必须具备很强的跨文化交际能力。由于各国文化不同,在商务交流中所体现的文化类型也有所不同,特别是价值观、思维方式、语言,以及行为模式等。文章对商务英语交际中跨文化现象作了具体分析,并提出了跨文化交际能力培养对策,以期对从事国际商务实践活动有所帮助。
In the international business activities, business English talents need to possess not only language knowledge and business knowledge, but also strong intercultural communication skills. Due to the different cultures of different countries, the types of cultures embodied in business exchanges are also different, especially the values, modes of thinking, languages, and behavioral patterns. The article makes a concrete analysis of cross-cultural phenomena in business English communication and proposes measures to cultivate intercultural communication skills in the hope of helping international business practice.
