为探讨Bcl-2和P53在卵巢癌中的表达及其在肿瘤发生和耐药性中的意义,以SABC免疫组化技术检测了30例卵巢癌标本中Bcl-2和P53的表达状况。结果:14/30例卵巢癌中Bcl-2阳性,13/30例卵巢癌中P53阳性,10/30例肿瘤中Bcl-2和P53同时呈阳性,且均为上皮性肿瘤。结论:卵巢癌中Bcl-2和P53共表达比例较高、这可能与卵巢癌的耐药性有关。
To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and P53 in ovarian cancer and its significance in tumorigenesis and drug resistance, the expression of Bcl-2 and P53 in 30 specimens of ovarian cancer was detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results: Bcl-2 was positive in 14/30 cases of ovarian cancer, P53 was positive in 13 of 30 cases of ovarian cancer, Bcl-2 and P53 were positive in 10 of 30 cases and all were epithelial tumors. Conclusion: The high expression of Bcl-2 and P53 in ovarian cancer may be related to the drug resistance of ovarian cancer.
