目的:研究苦鲜湿疹凝胶剂的制备及其体外渗透性。方法:羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为基质,制备苦鲜湿疹凝胶剂。采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,用HPLC法测定苦参碱的累积渗透量。结果:090416:Y2=614.95X2-463.75,r2=0.993 9,090423:Y2,=601.41X2-426.32,r2,=0.996 9,080428:Y2,,=635.90X2-481.08,r2,,=0.997 8,经皮渗透过程符合Higuchi方程(r=0.998)。结论:苦鲜湿疹凝胶剂中的苦参碱以Higuchi动力学经皮渗透。
Objective: To study the preparation and in vitro permeability of bitter fresh eczema gel. Methods: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) were used as matrix to prepare bitter fresh eczema gel. A modified Franz diffusion cell was used to transdermal mouse skin as a transdermal barrier. The cumulative penetration of matrine was determined by HPLC. Results: 090416: Y2 = 614.95X2-463.75, r2 = 0.993 9,090423: Y2, = 601.41X2-426.32, r2, = 0.996 9,080428: Y2 ,, = 635.90X2-481.08, r2 ,, = 0.997 8, Transdermal permeation was in accordance with the Higuchi equation (r = 0.998). Conclusions: Matrine in bitter fresh eczema gel permeates through the skin with Higuchi kinetics.
