分析近年来山东半岛蓝色经济区经济社会发展、电力需求及电网发展现状,研究区域电网发展存在的问题。根据区域经济社会发展目标,对2015年、2020年该区域全社会用电量及统调公用最大负荷进行预测,分析该地区电力供需形势,从电源发展、输、配电网建设、短路电流控制、新能源发展及外部环境等方面,提出区域电网发展的思路及原则,成为制定该区域电网发展规划的重要依据,有利于促进山东半岛蓝色经济区规划与坚强智能电网协调发展。
This paper analyzes the economic and social development, power demand and development status of grid in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula in recent years and studies the problems existing in the development of regional grid. According to the regional economic and social development goals, the total electricity consumption in the whole society and common public load in the region in 2015 and 2020 are predicted, and the situation of power supply and demand in this area is analyzed. From the aspects of power supply development, transmission and distribution network construction, short-circuit current control , New energy development and external environment, put forward ideas and principles for the development of regional power grids and become an important basis for formulating the development plan for the power grid in the region, which is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of the planning and strong smart grids in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula.
