2001年7月教育部颁布了《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》,(以下简称《标准》),2007年即标准颁布实施的第六年,回顾标准对我国21世纪初音乐教育的重大影响,其中有成果也有教训,音乐的重心从单纯注重传授知识转向注重学生学习能力、实践能力的培养,实现了课程性质和价值观的转变等等,但是在实施中也出现了譬如:课堂教学次序混乱、教师轻视传统教学媒体和教材质量难以保证等等诸多问题。
In July 2001, the Ministry of Education promulgated “full-time compulsory education music course standard (experimental draft)” (hereinafter referred to as “the standard”), and in 2007 the sixth year that the standard was promulgated and implemented. There are also some achievements and lessons in this field. The focus of music has shifted from simply focusing on imparting knowledge to focusing on students’ learning ability and practical ability, and has realized the transformation of the nature and values of the curriculum. However, in practice, Teaching order disorder, teachers contempt of traditional teaching media and teaching material quality is difficult to guarantee and many other issues.
