对１５例职业接触抗癌药物的护士进行外周血淋巴细胞检测，结果表明，其微核千分率显著高于献血员，差异极其显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；其ＳＣＥ率亦高于献血员，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），作者呼吁，职业接触抗癌药物者应重视自身防护、严格遵守操作规程，将污染危害降到最低限度。
Peripheral blood lymphocytes were detected in 15 cases of nurses who were exposed to anticancer drugs. The results showed that the micronucleus rate was significantly higher than that of blood donors (P <0.01). The SCE rate was also higher than that of blood donation The difference was significant (P <0.05).
