肺血管外被细胞瘤少见,今报告1例。1 病例报告男,72岁。以肺癌入院。于1988年5月5日在静脉复合麻醉下,行左肺叶切除术。术中见肺下叶与胸壁有少许膜状或条索状粘连。肿物位于左肺下叶大小5cm×5cm,部分浸润至上叶舌段。病理检查:肺一叶15cm×7cm×5cm,于肺中段见一莱花状肿物,大小5cm×5cm 灰白色,与周围组织分界清。镜下,
Pulmonary vascular extracranial tumors are rare and this case has been reported in 1 case. 1 Case report Male, 72 years old. Admitted to hospital with lung cancer. On May 5, 1988, left lobectomy was performed under intravenous compound anesthesia. During the operation, the lower lobe of the lung and the chest wall had a few membrane-like or cord-like adhesions.
