为了研究弱光胁迫对“鄞红”葡萄(Vitis“Yinhong”)生长和生理生化的影响,以一年生“鄞红”葡萄盆栽苗为材料,分别以25 000(CK)、20 000、16 000、12 000、8 000 lx光照强度处理30 d。结果表明,在20 000和16 000 lx光照强度下葡萄根系和叶的生长指标与对照差异不显著,其叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用率和保护酶(CAT、POD、SOD)活性等指标高于处理前,而胞间CO2浓度和丙二醛(MDA)含量与处理前均无显著差异;在8 000 lx光照强度下葡萄根系和叶的生长指标均显著低于对照,除叶片丙二醛含量显著高于处理前外,其余各生理生化指标均显著低于处理前;在12 000 lx光照强度下葡萄各种生长和生理生化特性介于16 000和8 000 lx处理之间,植株生长一般。综合各指标变化情况,“鄞红”葡萄在光强16 000 lx以上能正常生长,在较低光强(≤8 000lx)条件下生长受阻。
In order to study the effects of low light stress on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Vitis “Yinhong ”, the annual pots of “Yinhong ” were planted with 25 000 CK, 20 000,16 000,12 000,8 000 lx light intensity for 30 days. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the root and leaf growth index between the two treatments at 20 000 and 16 000 lx light intensity. The chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency and protection (CAT, POD, SOD) were higher than those before treatment, while the intercellular CO2 concentration and malondialdehyde (MDA) content had no significant difference with those before treatment. Under the light intensity of 8 000 lx, the growth of root and leaf of grape The indexes were significantly lower than the control, except the leaf MDA content was significantly higher than before treatment, the rest of the physiological and biochemical indicators were significantly lower than before treatment; under 12 000 lx light intensity grape various growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of 16 Plant growth was generally between 000 and 8 000 lx treatments. According to the changes of all the indexes, “Yin Hong” grapes can grow normally above 16 000 lx, but their growth is blocked under the condition of low light intensity (≤8000lx).
