应用低过热度浇注和电磁搅拌技术制备了半固态6061铝合金浆料,研究了浇注温度和电磁搅拌对半固态6061铝合金微观组织形貌的影响。结果表明,浇注温度对半固态6061铝合金的凝固组织影响很大,半固态6061合金在660℃下浇注的晶粒最为细小;电磁搅拌可以有效地改善半固态6061铝合金的凝固组织形貌和晶粒尺寸。当电磁频率为30 Hz且搅拌15s时,凝固组织的形貌及尺寸最佳。通过试验获得了制备半固态6061铝合金浆料合适的工艺参数。
The semi-solid 6061 aluminum alloy slurry was prepared by low superheat pouring and electromagnetic stirring. The effects of pouring temperature and electromagnetic stirring on the microstructure of semi-solid 6061 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that the pouring temperature has a great influence on the solidified microstructure of semi-solid 6061 aluminum alloy. The semi-solid 6061 alloy has the smallest grain size at 660 ℃. Electromagnetic stirring can effectively improve the solidified microstructure of semi-solid 6061 aluminum alloy. Grain size. When the electromagnetic frequency is 30 Hz and stirred for 15s, the morphology and size of the solidified structure are the best. The suitable process parameters for preparing semi-solid 6061 aluminum alloy slurry were obtained through experiments.
