本文从我国外交的根本宗旨是为了维护我国的国家利益这一角度出发，对畅销书《中国可以说不》作了四个方面的否定性评价。意在阐明我国在中美关系问题上始终如一的正确立场。
From the perspective of safeguarding the national interest of our country, this paper makes a negative assessment on the bestseller “China can say no” in four aspects from the fundamental purpose of our diplomacy. It is intended to clarify our consistent position on Sino-U.S. Relations.
