野生百合属百合科、百合属、麝香百合种,是多年生鳞茎花药兼用的草本植物。其肉质鳞片去色(褐色)后可食用;其花可作切花,象征百年合好、气质高雅、纯洁。地上茎直立,不分枝,高达1米以上。叶散生,叶长为16.5～24厘米,叶宽为1.2～3.5厘米。花朵白色喇叭口形,口径为10厘米左右,花筒长为6～9厘米,平伸或稍下垂,有清香味。生长于温暖、湿润、背风向阳、腐殖质深厚的土壤中,生长温度白天为20～25℃,夜间为16～20℃。花期在7～8月份。

Growth in the warm, moist, sunny leeward, humus deep soil, growth temperature during the day 20 ~ 25 ℃, 16 ~ 20 ℃ at night. Flowering in July ~ August.
