目的:评价食用菌海带膳食纤维胶囊的润肠通便功能。方法:采用小鼠小肠运动实验,小鼠排便实验,检测食用菌海带膳食纤维胶囊对小鼠的首粒排黑便时间、粪便粒数、粪便性状和小肠内容物推进率的影响。结果:食用菌海带膳食纤维胶囊各剂量组均有一定增强小鼠小肠运动,增加小鼠粪便粒数,改善粪便性状的能力。结论:食用菌海带膳食纤维胶囊具有润肠通便的功能。
Objective: To evaluate the laxative function of edible seaweed dietary fiber capsules. Methods: The effects of edible fungus kelp dietary fiber capsules on the first pelvic melange, the number of stool pellets, the stool characteristics and the content of small intestine in mice were determined by mouse intestinal motility test and mice defecation test. Results: The edible fungus kelp dietary fiber capsules in each dose group all have certain ability to enhance the small intestine movement, increase the number of mice ’s feces and improve the stool traits. Conclusion: Edible fungus kelp dietary fiber capsule has the function of laxative.
