目的探讨前线医院在应对地震突发大型灾害事件中紧急救护的组织管理。方法总结分析绵阳市中心医院应对“5.12”地震灾害时紧急救护的组织管理实践。结果由于及时启动应急预案充分整合和利用资源,顺利完成对地震灾害伤员的救护、治疗工作。结论迅速启动应急预案,灵活的组织管理和积极协调院内、社会、政府的力量是应对地震等突发大型灾害事件的有力措施。
Objective To explore the organization and management of emergency ambulances in frontline hospitals in response to large-scale earthquake disaster. Methods The management and practice of emergency ambulance in Mianyang Central Hospital in response to “5.12” earthquake disaster were summarized and analyzed. Results As a result of promptly starting the emergency plan to fully integrate and utilize resources, the rescue and treatment of the earthquake victims were successfully completed. Conclusions The prompt start of contingency plans, flexible organization and management, and active coordination of the power of the hospital, society and government are powerful measures to cope with unexpected major disasters such as earthquakes.
