寓言作为一种文学表达方式,最初往往以讲故事的形式传达人生哲理、生活经验,或者进行道德训诫、说教。寓言故事主角大多是动物、植物甚至是非生物,以拟人的艺术手法讲述这些事物生命历程中的奇遇,在故事的结尾获得哲理性的思考和感悟。叙述者往往采取言在此、意在彼的艺术创作手法,由此形成的言意之间的关系是断裂的。叙述人讲故事的目的不是关注故事本身的意义,而是借助于故事展示生命哲理或者警示世人。与此不同的是,现代寓言的主人公
