目的:探讨千佛菌对荷Lewis肺癌瘤株小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:测定IL-2水平、NK活性及抑瘤效应。结果:千佛菌可使肺癌小鼠IL-2水平、NK活性明显增强,并明显提高抑瘤率。结论:千佛菌对肺癌小鼠IL-2水平、NK细胞活性有明显的增强作用及抑瘤作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Thousand Flavus on immune function in mice bearing Lewis lung carcinoma. Methods: The levels of IL-2, NK activity and anti-tumor effect were determined. Results: Thousands of bacteria can make lung cancer mice IL-2 levels, NK activity was significantly enhanced, and significantly increased tumor inhibition rate. CONCLUSION: Thousands of bacteria can significantly enhance the level of IL-2 and the activity of NK cells in mice with lung cancer and inhibit tumor growth.
