1980～1985年4月,我们采用中西医结合治疗肩关节周围炎70例,疗效较为满意,报告如下。一般资料本组70例,随机分为二组,一组采用西药加陈氏蠲痹汤治疗(治疗组)计35例,另一组单纯西药治疗(对照组)计35例。二组病情基本相似。70例中,男22例,女48例;左肩患者17例,右肩患者53例;50岁以上者43例,50岁以下者27例;病程1月～2年,全部患者均有不同程度畏寒症状及上举,后伸、内收、外展活动受限。
