近来,我们到部队进行车辆检查,一些驾修人员普遍反映,EQ6100发动机飞轮壳经常发生不同程度的断裂损坏。其位置一是固定起动机的螺孔处破裂;二是飞轮壳的上壁沿分型面断裂;三是沿飞轮壳与缸体后端面连接的螺孔边缘破裂。在道路条件较差的边远山区地带尤为严重,有的新车才行驶7~8万 km 就断裂过两三次,有的大修后行驶1万 km 就断裂了。为此,我们对断裂原因进行了分析。1 动力因素1.1 在维修中,因零件装配调整不当,飞轮与
Recently, we went to the army for vehicle inspection. Some drivers generally reported that the EQ6100 engine flywheel often suffered different degrees of fracture damage. Its location is a fixed starter screw hole rupture; the second is the upper wall of the flywheel shell fracture along the parting surface; three is along the flywheel housing and cylinder rear end face of the screw hole edge rupture. In the remote mountainous areas with poor road conditions, the situation is particularly serious.
