Using the characteristics of energy-saving and labor-saving in shear-extrusion technology, large-scale globe valve body with 20mm steel and diameter of 1000mm was forged and formed on a 1000t clutch screw press. Discusses the theoretical basis and production process of forming large-caliber globe valve body.
