在日本近几年由于萧条,多数商品卖不出去;但也存在不断接受订货的制造业和营业额正在增加的零售店。那么,通过研究这些经营顺利的企业的实际情况,是否能够找到解决各个中小企业萧条问题的关键所在呢? 调查的结果发现,这些企业都能打破现有常识的束缚。也就是说,他们能向常识挑战并推翻常识,从而适应环境变化的需要。现在似乎可以说,“推翻常识”是获得竞争力的一个关键。
In Japan in recent years due to depression, most of the goods cannot be sold; but there are also retail stores that are constantly accepting orders and whose manufacturing and turnover are increasing. Then, by studying the actual situation of these well-run companies, will it be possible to find the key to solving the problem of depression in various SMEs? The results of the survey found that these companies can break the shackles of existing common sense. In other words, they can challenge common sense and overthrow common sense, so as to adapt to the changing needs of the environment. Now it seems that one can say that “overthrowing common sense” is a key to gaining competitiveness.
