Colleges and universities in teaching, research staff, the most important feature is love books. They have a lot of collection of books and periodicals in their possession, as little as four or five hundred, many more than a thousand copies. Moreover, the literature they have collection of distinctive characteristics, that is, full, long. What can be borrowed, however, is that when these comrades are retired and their families do not take over the professional members they are engaged in, they often have to suffer pains and love and have to send their collected documents to friends or even to waste paper to go Paper paddle. If the schools can carry out reeducation and education personnel to donate documentary activities and incorporate the documents they have collected into the library, it will undoubtedly be a useful supplement to the library collection. Recently, I have conducted a model survey of more than 20 retired or retiring experts and professors in our school. As a result, more than 95% of the respondents are willing to dedicate their own collection of literature and information to the library. This shows that it is not only beneficial and feasible to carry out the donation of literature by retired science and education personnel in institutions as long as the method is adopted properly.
