对13例产后失血多于500cc,而无症状的妇女,进行脑垂体前叶内分泌功能的评价,做了胰岛素耐量试验和TRH(促甲状腺素释放激素)刺激试验,并测定了血清生长激素,皮质醇,促甲状腺激素和催乳激素。除1例外均无异常病史和阳性体证;1例有特发性溢乳症,所有病人通过蝶鞍X线检查和哥尔德曼视野检查法检查视野均无异常。血甲状腺素,甲状腺素结合力测定,估计游离甲状腺素,早晨8点和晚上8点血清皮质醇,空腹血糖水平和FSH及LH基础水平的测定,全
Thirteen women with postpartum blood loss of more than 500 cc who were asymptomatic were evaluated for the endocrine function of the anterior pituitary gland, and insulin resistance test and TRH (thyrotropin-releasing hormone) stimulation test were performed. The levels of serum growth hormone, cortex Alcohol, thyroid stimulating hormone and prolactin. There was no abnormal history and positive evidence of body disease except for one case. One case had idiopathic galactorrhea. All patients had no abnormalities through the X-ray examination of sellae and the visual field test of Golddermann’s field test.
