为探讨特殊作业人员选拔的综合评定方法,引入模糊数学理论,提出模糊数学与传统专家评定相结合的综合评定方法,分别用加权平均法、相对优属度法、模糊三角数法三种算法对6名候选人进行了评价。结果表明,将模糊理论与专家经验相结合可以更有效地解决定性信息的处理、定量信息与定性信息的综合等问题,从而更准确地反映专家经验,提高决策速度与精度,减小决策失误
In order to explore the comprehensive evaluation method of special operation personnel selection, the fuzzy mathematics theory is introduced, and the comprehensive evaluation method combining fuzzy mathematics and traditional expert evaluation is put forward. Three methods of weighted average method, relative priority degree method and fuzzy trigonometry method Six candidates were evaluated. The results show that the combination of fuzzy theory and expert experience can more effectively solve the problems of qualitative information processing, quantitative information and qualitative information synthesis, so as to reflect the expert experience more accurately, improve the speed and accuracy of decision-making, and reduce the decision-making errors
