[目的]探讨DLL4和Ki-67在青年型乳腺癌组织中的表达与临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法检测临床和病理学资料完整的青年型(≤35岁)乳腺癌组织中DLL4和Ki-67的表达情况。对照组选取同期中老年型(>35岁)乳腺癌组织,结合入组病例TNM分期、腋淋巴结转移情况进行比较分析。[结果]青年型与中老年型乳腺癌TNM分期、腋窝淋巴结转移数目有显著性差异,病理类型均以浸润性导管癌为主。DLL4和Ki-67在青年型乳腺癌组织的阳性表达率分别为63.77%和76.81%,均明显高于中老年型乳腺癌组织中的40.40%和56.25%(P<0.05)。青年型乳腺癌组织中DLL4和Ki-67表达与TNM分期(r=0.387,P=0.001;r=0.392,P=0.001),腋淋巴结转移(r=0.411,P=0.002;r=0.312,P=0.004)均呈正相关。[结论]青年型乳腺癌中DLL4和Ki-67高表达,临床检测两者表达情况可评估乳腺癌的潜在转移风险。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and clinical significance of DLL4 and Ki-67 in young patients with breast cancer. [Methods] Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of DLL4 and Ki-67 in young (≤35) breast cancer with complete clinical and pathological data. Control group selected middle-aged and elderly (> 35 years old) breast cancer tissue, combined with TNM staging, axillary lymph node metastasis were compared. [Results] The number of TNM staging and axillary lymph node metastasis in young and middle-aged breast cancer patients were significantly different. The pathological types were mainly invasive ductal carcinoma. The positive expression rates of DLL4 and Ki-67 in young patients with breast cancer were 63.77% and 76.81%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 40.40% and 56.25% (P <0.05) in middle-aged and elderly patients with breast cancer. The expression of DLL4 and Ki-67 in adolescent breast cancer was significantly correlated with the TNM stage (r = 0.387, P = 0.001; r = 0.392, P = 0.001) and axillary lymph node metastasis (r = 0.411, P = 0.002; = 0.004) showed a positive correlation. [Conclusion] The expression of DLL4 and Ki-67 in young patients with breast cancer is high, so the potential risk of metastasis of breast cancer can be assessed by clinical examination.
