自从十六大提出国有资产管理体制改革以来,各地加快了国有企业改制、国有资产重组的进程。在这一进程中,民营企业积极参与并购国有企业、受让国有股、购买国有资产。十六届三中全会提出,要大力发展混合所有制经济,使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式,这必将进一步推动民营企业参与国有资产重组。
Since the 16th CPC National Congress proposed the reform of the state-owned assets management system, the reform of state-owned enterprises and the reorganization of state-owned assets have been accelerated throughout the country. In this process, private-owned enterprises actively participated in the acquisition of state-owned enterprises, the transfer of state-owned shares, and the purchase of state-owned assets. The Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed that we should vigorously develop the mixed ownership economy so that the shareholding system will become the major form of public ownership. This will surely further encourage private enterprises to participate in the reorganization of state assets.
