为控制水库加固工程质量,彻底消除水库枢纽工程存在的隐患,在政府监督、业主管理、监理控制、施工保证的前提下对整个工程实施质量控制。对每一工序过程认真控制,对单元工程、分部工程、单位工程进行质量跟踪与检测控制,同时对资料进行评定,最终保证了该次工程全部合格,顺利通过验收并移交使用方投入使用。经过近五年的整体运行达到设计标准,无安全隐患、运行正常。
