在大力提倡素质教育和培养创新型人才的今天,如何根据小学生的生理和心理特点以及发展需求,开展作为小学英语教学的基本组织形式——小学英语课堂教学;如何在旧的传统的英语教学方法基础上革故鼎新,激发和培养学生学英语的兴趣,在课堂上开展丰富多彩的英语教学活动,创设良好的语言学习环境,提高小学英语课堂教学的质量;等等。这些都是摆在英语教师面前迫切需要解决的一大难题。为此,我们应从以下几方面着手。
