20世纪90年代初智能建筑引入国内并逐渐兴起,成为经济以及信息化发展的新兴建筑产物。如今人们对住宅的安全、舒适、绿色环保和有效的信息服务的需求越来越高,智能建筑亦随着市场经济持续稳健增长,目前,我国建筑市场发展趋势已展露头角,这也成为拉动建筑业中新的“经济增长点”。与智能建筑相关的企业如雨后春笋般迅速发展并不断壮大,加之新技术、产品频频亮相,如何满足消费者需求,经得住消费者衡量和评估,如何打开营销的渠道,塑造自身品牌并驾驭在消费者的需求之上,是每个厂家的必修之课。
