随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医疗市场之间的竞争日益激烈,对医院的发展提出了严峻的挑战。为了更好地应对当前的竞争,加强医院内部管理,尤其是预算管理意义十分重大。就目前来看,由于受到各种因素的影响,医院在预算管理方面还存在着有些新的问题。因此,加强医院预算管理显得尤为重要。本文首先分析了医院预算管理的基本理论内容,进而指出了当前医院在预算管理方面面临的问题,最后针对问题提出了相应的解决对策。
With the deepening of medical and health system reform, the increasingly fierce competition among medical markets poses a severe challenge to the development of the hospital. In order to better cope with the current competition, it is of great significance to strengthen the internal management of hospitals, especially the budget management. For now, due to various factors, the hospital still has some new problems in budget management. Therefore, strengthening the hospital budget management is particularly important. This paper first analyzes the basic theoretical content of hospital budget management, and then points out the current hospital in terms of budget management issues, and finally put forward corresponding solutions to the problem.
