经济国际化,特别是国际经济区域集团化,已成为当今世界举世瞩目的热点问题。区域集团对外实行歧视性、排他性的政策和各种保护措施,使我国面临更大的集团性的竞争对手。依据国际国内经济关系的变化,面对这种形势,我国应调整对外经济贸易战略:实行全方位多层次参与国际经济合作与交流,组建外向型企业集团,扩大对外投资,发展海外企业,创办跨国公司;同时,据理力争早日恢复我国在关贸总协定中的缔约国地位。
The internationalization of economy, especially the grouping of international economic regions, has become a hot issue attracting worldwide attention in the world today. The implementation by regional groups of discriminatory and exclusive policies and various protective measures abroad has given our country more confrontational group competitors. In the light of the changes in the international and domestic economic relations, in the face of this situation, our country should readjust its strategy of economic and trade cooperation with foreign countries at all levels and levels.
