在玻化砖配方中引入程潮铁尾矿,考察了铁尾矿的用量及尾矿玻化砖的特点。结果表明:尾矿在玻化砖中适合的用量为20～30wt%;所制玻化砖的主晶相为钙长石,呈灰黑色,耐磨性优异。
Introduced Chengchao iron tailing in the vitrified brick formulation, investigated the amount of iron tailings and the characteristics of the tailings vitrified brick. The results show that the suitable tailings amount is 20 ~ 30wt% in the vitrified brick; the main crystalline phase of the vitrified brick is anorthite, with a grayish black color and excellent abrasion resistance.
