目的检测乙酰肝素酶-2(heparanase-2,HPSE2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达情况,并探讨其与NSCLC的临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学(S-P法)检测82例NSCLC患者及10例癌旁正常肺组织中HPSE2的表达。结果 HPSE2主要定位于细胞浆,在82例NSCLC组织中,30例(37%)为高表达,在非癌肺组织中弱表达或无明显表达。HPSE2高表达同局部淋巴结转移减少(P=0.012),患者预后生存时间延长相关(P=0.027)。结论 HPSE2的表达与NSCLC局部淋巴结转移减少及患者预后生存时间延长相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of heparanase-2 (HPSE2) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with clinicopathologic factors of NSCLC. Methods Immunohistochemistry (S-P method) was used to detect the expression of HPSE2 in 82 NSCLC patients and 10 adjacent normal lung tissues. Results HPSE2 mainly located in the cytoplasm. Among 82 NSCLC tissues, 30 (37%) were highly expressed and were weakly expressed or not expressed in non-cancerous lung tissues. HPSE2 overexpression was associated with decreased lymph node metastasis (P = 0.012) and prolonged survival of patients (P = 0.027). Conclusions The expression of HPSE2 is related to the decrease of local lymph node metastasis and the prolongation of prognosis in patients with NSCLC.
