板形控制是目前板带轧制理论中一个十分重要的课题。在板带轧制时,板形的好坏主要取决于轧件延伸均匀性的控制,具体反映到轧辊辊缝的控制。辊缝的形状和尺寸取决于轧制力引起的轧辊挠曲和压扁,以及原始辊型、辊缝、磨损、热膨胀的大小。本文从对板形平坦的基本条件分析着手。确定板形控制的公差带,建立了板形控制的分割型数学模型。通过这个模型,可以确定轧制力,轧辊变形与出口轧件厚度的关系。通过各种调整手段,如改变辊型、张力、弯辊力等,改变辊缝的形状和尺寸,使轧件沿横向均匀延伸,从而获得满意的板形。
Shape control is currently a very important issue in the strip rolling theory.
