黄刺玫是庭园和街道绿化的优良花卉之一,但由于扦插成活率低难以满足市场需求。我们经过三年的摸索,获得了良好的效果。现介绍如下,供参考。具体方法:在7月上中旬,剪取当年萌发的黄刺玫新梢,这新梢从上到下均可做插穗,插穗长10cm,上、下均切成平口,上端切口距第一个羽状复叶约1cm,每个插穗在靠近上部留1—2个羽状复叶即可,其余叶子剪掉。然后将插穗捆成捆,下端蹲齐。将捆好的插穗立放在400ppm浓度的萘乙酸溶液中,深度2cm左右,浸泡30秒钟。取出后立即插入珍珠岩基质中,扦插探度5cm左右即可,然后浇透水。
