随着科学技术的迅猛发展、信息化的有序推进,各单位出现了愈来愈多的电子档案。实际工作中,档案管理人员体验到了电子档案传递、收集、整理、利用的便捷。但是,我们也不能回避电子档案信息管理过程中的安全问题。电子档案作为一种数字化信息,从电子文件的产生、处理、传递乃至归档、整理、保管、利用等各个方面都存在着信息失控、信息污染、信息干扰、病毒侵犯等不利安全的因素。如何保障这些电子档案信息的安全,已成为摆在我们面前的严峻课题。
With the rapid development of science and technology and the orderly progress of informationization, more and more electronic files have appeared in all the units. In actual work, the file manager experienced the convenience of electronic file transmission, collection, collation and utilization. However, we also can not sidestep the security issues in the electronic file information management process. Electronic files, as a kind of digital information, have some unfavorable factors such as out of control, information pollution, information interference and virus violation from the aspects of electronic file generation, processing, delivery and even archiving, collation, storage and utilization. How to protect the security of these electronic files has become a serious issue before us.
